June 20, 2011 – Configure the CRM 2011 Client for Outlook 2010 to use the CRM form for synchronized records, and then add shortcuts for CRM records to the Outlook Quick Access Toolbar.

If you’ve got Outlook users, you’ve got contact records locked away on desktops that should be shared and cared for in your CRM.

When it comes to mail merge in Dynamics CRM 4, the Outlook client is your best option.
