The Dynamics CRM Trick Bag is my blog about how you can use, customize, and generally get the most out of Dynamics CRM. I’m a consultant and trainer, and I’ve been working with Dynamics CRM for about 4 years. For the last couple of years I managed and delivered the Partner CRM Certification Bootcamps for the Microsoft Partner program. My company, IMG, specializes in helping small-medium sized businesses realize the potential of the Dynamics CRM platform.
