Common Customizations on the CRM Opportunity Entity

March 22, 2010 – Every business has a different sales process. But in a Dynamics CRM sense, you can think of two broad categories: sales processes that can make use of “System Calculated” pricing…and ones that don’t. In this video I demonstrate some common (and common-sense) customizations that work well for a broad segment of businesses in the latter category: ones that use, in Dynamics CRM terms, “User Provided” pricing.
