The tight integration is what makes it the premier solution to resolve the email marketing issues in Dynamics CRM. However, they just changed their pricing and it's even more expensive now so I am looking for other solutions to recommend. I'll look into the zero2Ten and CC integration. I hope zero2Ten takes your advice. The implementation that creates campaigns should have created either quick campaigns or campaign activities! If it worked that way, even I (a caveman) could use it!
