I tried an add-on that attempted to integrate constant contact with crm but it was too disconnected. I use CoreMotives and it’s awesome. Have you tried it? You should give it a try if you haven’t.

I am looking for a mass emailing tool for Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online. Do you have a feed bak about Constant Contact ?
On its website the tool seems very interesting, but some opinions will be relevant
