Hi Richard, I just have a simple question that I am hoping you can rpovide an answer for. I am just trying to figure out what are the exams or certification I need as a developer who customizes dynamic crm 4.0 systems. What is the name of the certification or which exams would be required for me to take fi I want to be certified as a crm expert for customizations(both with and without code), configuration, installation, etc. Thank you in advance for your response.

I’m sorry it didn’t work out so well the first time for you, but if you give me some examples of the scenarios you’re looking for I’ll develop some samples that include them. Which exam are you studying for?

I wish I could say the same… I read your article and took the test when it was on your website… but no where have I been able to find a place that lets you test yourself on the scenarios that the test gives. Needless to say I am quite frustrated right now. Are there any practice tests out there that are full of scenarios?

Thank you very much for your material. I also passed the exam thanks to it. I’m currently studying for the next one (Configuration and Customization) and noticed that the links no longer work? Is this just scheduled downtime? I would really like to use the materials you have for this exam to help me prepare.

Hi Richard, I just took the applications 4.0 exam today morning and passed with 96%, your practice tests, articles(know your entities) were of greattt help..
