A couple of posts ago I mentioned my recent Bellevue delivery of a round of Dynamics CRM bootcamps and included a link to a fairly complete demonstration of how to configure and use the Service Calendar. I actually made a number of Camtasia recordings that week that are pretty good (if I do say so myself), so I thought I’d put links to them all in one post. So here they are:

 

Installing Dynamics CRM 4.0 – This starts with a walk through of the Planning document contained in the CRM 4.0 Implementation Guide you can download from Microsoft. If you’re studying for the Installation and Deployment (633) exam this will be good for you to watch.

 

Installing and Configuring the Email Router and the Outlook Client – Covers material on the 633 exam.

 

Business Units, Security and System Settings - This is the core of the “configuration” part of the Configuration and Customization exam. (632)

 

Customizing Forms and Views – This is an important topic and covers material on the 632 exam.
